3. What type of warranty does Gazelle offer?
   Gazelle offers 2 years warranty now for metal parts but the service in USA and Europe is not limited with anything , after evaluation of your request the service can be lifetime (with or without charge) .

4. Where are the service locations for Gazelle?
   For USA EMA LLC. 10809 Southern Loop Boulevard #7 Pineville 28134 NC USA .Tollfree :1866 GAZELLE . For Europe please contact with head office Hisar in Turkey to find a better location or solution near to you.

5. How can I order a custom shotgun?
   You can fax or email us your request and we will be in charge with your requests' production possibility and time and get back to you with order confirmation mostly.

6. Are Gazelle shotguns safe with steel shot?
   Yes they are. Gazelle shotguns are the only expert in Turkey about steel shot . the chokes are produced by 4140 steel and hardened with a heat process. Also the barrels are hard chromed. The meterial of the barrels are same as the other famous producers.

7. Are all models of shotguns offered on this website for sale in every country?
   For Europe yes but USA. In USA now SPA300,ATS7301,ATS7201 and VENUS Semi Auto (not yet in the Web) are available.

8. Can I use 23/4" shotshell in 3" also ?
   Yes surely you can .

9. How I will use the choke tubes ?

10. Which trigger shoots which barrel?
    Front trigger shoots the bottom barrel and the rear trigger shoots the upper barrel. This is mostly like on all O&U guns.

11. Are your semi automatics working good like other famous shotguns which I have ?
    Yes , Gazelle is the one of the producer that supplying the European shotgun manufacturers also under their brandnames. Also the tests made in Germany are on the website about the quality. It is over most of the shotguns which you pay thousands of dollars.
